25 Years of Pristine Pools
Originally formed in 1988, Windermere Pool Services was started with a vision of providing reliable, and superior quality pool cleaning and maintenance to our customers. A vision we’ve upheld for over 25 years!
Our first location was situated directly on Main Street in the heart of downtown Windermere. At that time, the population of Windermere was approximately 1,600 people (yes, one thousand six hundred!). Back then, the West Orange area was very different than today. Orange groves were everywhere and there were few subdivisions. Windermere had its own airport on Maguire Road until 1994 when it was closed to be replaced by a Publix Supermarket. The growth in West Orange County has been tremendous!
Those many years ago Windermere Pool Services ran a retail pool cleaning supplies storefront in addition to our regular cleaning routes. This changed in 2005 when we decided to focus our efforts solely on the service side of our business. Being in the retail pool industry gave us unique insight on our customers needs. We found that many other pool service companies didn’t show up on time or even the right day. Their quality of work left pool owners scrambling to “spruce up” the pool in between their service rounds. We knew that we could do better.
Expertise in our trade, combined with the natural growth in the area, allowed us to quickly become the premier swimming pool service company we are today. Known for our superior service and well-trained service technicians, and recognized by our company vehicles — neighborhoods confidently referred Windermere Pool Services — and we grew.
