Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed by the state of Florida and insured to protect the safe maintenance of your pool. We see too many “wannabe” pool cleaners driving their pick-up trucks with extension poles and hand-made chemicals around Central Florida. We know the damage they can cause. We choose to do business as a licensed pool company and know you’ll appreciate the value and insurance of a reputable and reliable, long-term pool service company. We’ve been serving Orlando and the surrounding area for over 20 years. Our Pool Contractor license is #1457474. We are also licensed as a Gas Installer, license #26531.

My swimming pool has algae, what does that mean?
There are thousands of varieties of algae, including black, green and blue-green. Excessive algae can be caused by a variety of problems. We recommend prevention — rather than cure. Although algae do not cause disease, it is unsightly, may cause illness, and may cause odor in and around your pool. Contact us as soon as possible so that we can establish the problem and offer the correct treatment. Don’t just throw chemicals at your pool, you may make the problem worse.

My swimming pool is cloudy, what does that mean?
A cloudy swimming pool can be caused by a variety of problems, including – but not limited to – pH imbalance, low chlorine, too much algae growth, dirty filter. Contact us as soon as possible so that we can establish the problem and offer the correct treatment. Don’t just throw chemicals at your pool, you may make the problem worse.

Is it bad to have a lot of foliage around the pool?
Generally, foliage is not a problem as long as it is kept trimmed. Bear in mind that rainwater run-off from fertilized plants WILL lead to increased phosphate levels in your pool (phosphates are the food that algae eat) and will undoubtedly mean more regular algae outbreaks.
