Holiday Service Hours
Windermere Pool Services would like to thank you for your business this year and to send you, and your family, our very best wishes for the holiday season. Each year we struggle to give our staff vacation time while ensuring that we maintain service levels when you need our help most (typically in the summer months). As your pools are easier to maintain at this time of year we have, once again, decided that all employees will take their annual leave over the Christmas holiday and, as a result;
We will close at 3pm on Thursday, December 24th and will re-open for business at 8am on Monday, January 4th.
THIS MEANS THAT YOUR POOL WILL BE SERVICED ON A DIFFERENT DAY THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 25TH AND NOT BE SERVICED DURING THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 28TH.
Your pool tech will be working in the coming weeks to ensure your pool is in perfect shape for the break in service and, should you need us during the time we are closed, we will be accessing our voicemail and emails periodically to deal with emergency calls only.
We hope that we can rely on your co-operation with our holiday plan.
